1. The platform My Curriculum - La Salle URL, is a proprietary resource of the Fundación Privada Universidad y Tecnología (FUNITEC) that offers its students and alumni (referred to as users) the possibility of openly distribute their curriculum vitae to facilitate the promotion of the users' profiles and promote job placement.

2. The platform is an open resource that can be consulted by anyone with Internet access. The purpose of the platform is to visualize the resumes of FUNITEC students and alumni by companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals interested in hiring personnel.

3. The people who access the information published on the platform cannot use it for commercial purposes. The information contained in the platform may only be used for the purpose of promoting job placement and recruitment of personnel.

4. Any person accessing the information on the platform is prohibited from using the personal data of FUNITEC students and alumni to send commercial information or any other type of information that is not consistent with the purpose of My Curriculum - La Salle URL.

5. Users register in the platform by creating a unique profile. The user's registration request involves the verification of the user's identity by FUNITEC to check if he/she is a FUNITEC student or alumni. FUNITEC does not incorporate any content in the platform.

6. The information provided by the user must be truthful. FUNITEC does not verify the contents provided by the users. The user is the only responsible for the content provided to the platform and for keeping the information updated.
